Pain points and solution
Pain Point The old system had an outdated portal design and lacked an organized dashboard, making it hard to access key student data.
Solution A refreshed UI and a new dashboard were introduced to display key insights, assignments, and documents in a more organized and accessible way.
Pain Point The calendar was not intuitive, and there was no communication channel for students to contact faculty about coursework.
Solution The calendar was redesigned for easier tracking of class schedules, and a contact center was added for students to chat with faculty and submit assignments.
Pain Point The portal was only available on desktop, limiting student access.
Solution A mobile web app was developed to allow students to view and track classes from any device.
